WHEN USING TALENTECHUB FOR IT SERVICES, RECRUITMENT, OR CONSULTING, PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BUYING IT SERVICES AND/OR RECRUITMENT SUBSCRIPTION INDICATES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

A legal agreement between you and TalenTecHub (the "Company," "we," or "us") contains the following terms. You accept that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms for IT and Recruitment services, in their entirety, as well as to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, by purchasing Recruitment and/or IT services from the Company or any other Services/property held by the Company.

If you violate these Terms of Service, the company has the right to immediately stop allowing you to access our services. You are not permitted to access or use our services if you disagree with these Terms of Service. To utilize our services, you have to be at least eighteen years old.

You accept these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time in the Company's sole discretion, by using the IT and/or Recruitment Services (described below) offered by the Company. Kindly carefully read these terms and conditions. As a customer, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include all payment terms, for the present services as well as any future services you may contract with the company (collectively, the Agreement). "You" and "“your" refer to the Client in this Agreement.

You consent to these Terms and Conditions binding all of your agents, representatives, employees, and other persons or entities acting on your behalf concerning the use of the IT and/or Recruitment Services. You further acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions apply to you whether you are operating on behalf of a third party, such as another Client, or on your behalf.

The Terms of Service are subject to change at any moment by us. All modifications take effect right away upon posting. Once the updated Terms of Service are posted, you must continue using our services to indicate that you understand and agree to the modifications.

TERM, PAYMENT, AND CHANGE:

The start date of this Agreement and the initial payment for any of TalenTecHub's services, such as digital marketing, SEO, content writing, web design and development, book authoring, and answering services, will determine its duration and effective date. Except in cases where both parties agree otherwise in writing, the period will end as follows. Unless either party gives written notice of its desire not to renew, or both parties agree to enter into a new contract term for a certain time, this Agreement will automatically renew at the end of each thirty days for a subsequent thirty-day term or annually.

Unless the customer specifies otherwise, any "one-time" purchases (Strategy Sessions, Services, Consulting) will not be connected to any other services or governed by this Agreement.

The client agrees to pay TalenTecHub all applicable fees in Pounds, under the mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions and/or payment schedule, including any applicable taxes. Assume that any payment conditions for any additional services you seek that are mutually agreed upon differ from those specified in these conditions and conditions so, the terms of payment for the extra services will also apply to those services. The client acknowledges that any setup fee—or other one-time payment, depending on the service the client chooses—is not refundable because it goes toward the expenses TalenTecHub instantly incurs when starting services.

The customer acknowledges and accepts that TalenTecHub bills one month in advance for its services. Furthermore, the Client consents to allow TalenTecHub to charge its credit card in advance for such payments and any amounts due under this Agreement if the Client has chosen to pay TalenTecHub by credit card. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that violating these terms of payment will negatively impact TalenTecHub's capacity to conduct business and agrees not to conduct any chargebacks to TalenTecHub from their bank or credit card.

The Client undertakes to cover all costs (including all legal fees and court expenses) associated with the process, should collection prove required. The Client acknowledges that these Terms of Service shall serve as adequate documentation in the event of a chargeback, attesting to the delivery of the goods and services as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge that TalenTecHub retains the right to change the prices for these services and that it may occasionally alter its regular terms and conditions and service offers. Clients under month-to-month contracts may be subject to updated terms and conditions and/or pricing once the first set of terms are fulfilled.

PAYMENT METHOD:

The client must designate a direct withdrawal from a legitimate bank account that is adequately funded, present a legitimate credit card that has enough credit, or keep a deposit with TalenTecHub that allows TalenTecHub to bill for all services rendered.

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATIONS:

TalenTecHub's services are sold subject to a rigorous no-refund policy. TalenTecHub charges non-refundable fees and does not offer credits or refunds for memberships that are partially or not used at all. You remain liable for any costs associated with your subscription even if you register for a service but never use it. We are not obligated to offer a refund or credit if TalenTecHub decides, at its sole discretion, to do so in the future. If TalenTecHub decides to issue a refund or credit, the precise amount will be decided at its sole discretion. Please email support@talentechub.co.uk with any queries or worries you may have regarding our return policy.

Let's say you decide at any point after a free trial or discounted period ends that you would like to cancel any TalenTecHub subscription. If that's the case, you need to send us a cancellation request by email at support@talentechub.co.uk. We demand at least ten (10) days’ notice via email for cancellations of monthly subscriptions. Your credit card can still be charged if you give this notice less than ten (10) days before the start of the following subscription month. You won't be eligible for a prorated refund for the usage you completed in the previous month or for any reimbursement for the money you paid to TalenTecHub. We also need at least ten (10) days' email notice of cancellation for annual subscriptions. Your credit card can still be charged if you give this notice less than ten (10) days before the start of your subsequent membership year. You will not be eligible for a refund if you cancel before the end of the year. At its sole discretion, TalenTecHub may impose a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount that was subtracted from the membership price.

REFUNDS FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

To receive a refund, orders for physical products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days after the purchase date.

SERVICES OFFERED:

In addition to free consultations, TalenTecHub provides a variety of services such as digital marketing, SEO, content writing, web design and development, book writing, and answering services. These services are intended to help you expand your company by providing you with our in-house frameworks, processes, and professional guidance. TalenTecHub is dedicated to providing excellent advice and techniques targeted at optimizing your return on advertising investment, even though we are unable to guarantee any certain outcomes.

RIGHT OF OWNERS OVER NON-CLIENT PROPERTY:

TalenTecHub and/or the relevant outsourced service provider or author shall retain title and full ownership rights to and from the IT and Recruitment frameworks, strategies, and systems, as well as any ideas, concepts, computer programs, and other technology supporting or otherwise relating to TalenTecHub's operation of the Company network and website(s) (collectively, the "Company Materials"). Client agrees that this Agreement does not grant it any ownership interest in the Company Materials and that it will not grant it any ownership interest in the Company Materials.

LICENSE:

Nothing in this Agreement permits you to use any trademarks, service marks, or logos that belong to TalenTecHub or any other third party. This includes neither the use of TalenTecHub's services nor anything contained in this Agreement.

Confidential Information is any information that TalenTecHub discloses to the client; it doesn't matter if it's labeled or identified as "CONFIDENTIAL" or "PROPRIETARY." Despite the foregoing, any other information—whether oral, written, graphic, or electronic—that would be deemed confidential under the circumstances surrounding its disclosure to or acquisition by Client is also considered Confidential Information, and the terms of this Agreement will apply to it.

9.1 "Confidential Information" refers to any information that is not known to the public and is either verbal, written, graphic, or machine-readable. This includes but is not limited to, information about trade secrets, patents, product plans, developments, inventions, research, software (including source and object code), hardware configuration, computer programs, algorithms, pricing, agreements with third parties, services, customers, marketing, or financial information about TalenTecHub or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates

RESTRICTIONS:

Client shall not in any way: (i) disclose or otherwise transfer Confidential Information to any third party, including consultants, at any time, unless approved in writing in advance by TalenTecHub; (ii) use, copy, modify, transfer, and/or merge the Confidential Information with any other technology, formula, or materials; (iii) reverse engineer any Confidential Information to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; and/or (iv) disclose the parties' discussions about the Confidential Information. Customer acknowledges that it will only divulge Confidential Information to those personnel who specifically require it for IT and Recruitment Services, and only to the amount required to fulfill that purpose.

YOUR WEBSITE:

By using this form, you agree that TalenTecHub cannot be held accountable for the upkeep of your website(s) or for order input, payment processing, shipping, refunds, cancellations, or customer support about orders made on your website(s). You further agree that absent a separate, signed affiliate agreement with TalenTecHub, your website does not contain any content that is owned or licensed by TalenTecHub, including but not limited to any TalenTecHub search listings.

CLIENT'S WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS:

Clients of TalenTecHub attest and signify that under this Agreement:

According to its terms, this Agreement is a legitimate, enforceable, and binding contract. The website(s) for which digital marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, web design and development, and other services will be used and carried out are owned by or approved by the client.

The website(s) of the client won't:

• Break any laws or regulations that are relevant.
• Violate the rights of third parties, whether they be intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or otherwise.
• Be deceptive or untrue.
• Cause any sort of injury, damage, or harm to any person or entity, including consumer fraud, product liability, contract violations, and breach of duty.
• Be threatening, libelous, slanderous, or defamatory.
• Include malware, spyware, adware, or other programs designed to collect data or advertise. contain or encourage hate crimes, violence, unlawful activity, or discrimination against people based on age, sex, race, nationality, religion, handicap, or sexual orientation.

CLIENT AGREEMENTS:

In addition, clients consent to the following: The activity of visitors to the client's website(s) via the services rendered will not subject TalenTecHub or its affiliates to liability or responsibility on the part of the client.
If the customer markets or sells adult content, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or other goods and/or services restricted to a certain age: By all relevant rules and regulations, the client will have age verification on the main page of its website and during the sales process. In jurisdictions where such items and/or services are banned or forbidden, the client shall not provide them.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLIENT INDEMNIFICATION:

Clients undertake to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend TalenTecHub, its affiliates, licensees and licensors, affiliated companies, and any of their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any lawsuits, claims, or proceedings.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

TalenTecHub disclaims all liability and makes no guarantees as to the outcomes of the services rendered, including the number of impressions or click-throughs. All warranties are disclaimed by TalenTecHub, including those about the precision, dependability, and thoroughness of any usage statistics. TalenTecHub shall not be liable for any indirect, special, lost profits, or other damages resulting from this Agreement.

SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS:

The parties, as well as each other's heirs, successors, and assigns, shall be bound by and benefit from the provisions of this Agreement.

ENTIRE UNDERSTANDING:

All previous understandings, agreements, and representations are terminated by this document, which represents the parties' entire understanding and agreement.

ATTORNEYS' FEES:

In the case of a disagreement, the winning side is entitled to reimbursement from the losing side for its legal costs.

NOTHING TO DO WITH THIRD PARTIES:

This Agreement's covenants, undertakings, and agreements are only for the benefit of the parties, or each of their respective successors or allowed assigns, and they are enforceable against them.

SURVIVAL:

This Agreement's portions about events or situations that might arise after its termination will remain in effect beyond such termination.

EXECUTION:

Upon the Client's successful payment, this Agreement comes into force. You agree to be bound by these terms and to abide by all applicable laws and regulations by using TalenTecHub's services for IT and Recruitment services. You also confirm that you have read and understand these terms.

Services Offered

Digital marketing, SEO, content writing, web design and development, book writing, and answering Services are just a few of the services that TalenTecHub provides. Through our platform, these services are available to users. The conditions specified in this Agreement apply to your purchase of services.

Right to Modify the Services:

We maintain the right to improve the Services by adding new features that might have an impact on how they were provided in the past. Although we think these changes will enhance the Services as a whole, you might think otherwise.

No Requirement for Future Releases and Improvements:

Your purchase of Services is not reliant on our providing any updates or improvements in the future. This covers the use of any third-party services or the extension of a particular Service past its existing subscription period.

As-Is:

Unless otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, the Platform is offered on an as-is basis.

Features:

While some terminology and features used about the Platform and Services may sound similar to those offered by others, they are unique to our Platform.

Additional Terms:

TalenTecHub may impose extra terms on some services and programs that are provided on the Platform. These Terms of Service will take precedence in the event of a dispute.

Fair Use Policy:

To guarantee the caliber, dependability, consistency, and functionality of the Service, we uphold a Fair Use Policy. If the set criteria are exceeded, there can be additional fees or restrictions on access.

Software Platform Restricted License and Prohibited Uses: By using the Platform, TalenTecHub gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to view and utilize the Platform Content. Any other usage is forbidden without permission.

Prohibited Uses:

By using the Platform or any Services, you, your staff, and your clients consent to refrain from using them for illegal advertising or promotional purposes, exploitation, or harm.
